Officer – Customer Service (Call Centre)

Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in motor and motor related business and food and consumer products business. DCH has well-established bases and networks in Hong Kong, Macao and mainland China. It also has substantial operations in Taiwan, Japan and Singapore. We invite candidates with the requisite profile to apply for the following position:

Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on cases referred by third‑party organisations (e.g. Consumer Council, relevant regulators, industry bodies) in a timely, professional and customer‑oriented manner.

  • Communicate with customers regarding enquiries, complaints and case progress through inbound/outbound calls, email, WhatsApp and WeChat.

  • Conduct detailed case investigations, gather necessary information from various internal departments, and prepare accurate responses for third‑party entities.

  • Maintain and update case records and customer information in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and traceability.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and deliver a consistent service experience.

  • Assist in appointment scheduling using MS operational systems when required.

  • Build positive customer relationships by delivering professional support and clear communication.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the department.

Requirements

  • Form 5/ DSE or above;

  • Matriculated or above with at least 2 years' customer service experience;

  • Customer oriented;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;

  • Communication skills in English/Putonghua will be an advantage;

  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications include Chinese Word Processing;

  • Knowledge in Electrical Appliance Product will be an advantage;

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer

Additional Information

Working hour

  • 5 Days work per week

  • 9am to 6pm

Working location

  • Kowloon Bay
