工作職責

Job Description • To provide and create high-quality and consistent F&B experiences, products, and services according to the company’s standards, aim to effectively promote specialty coffee knowledge and our brand's products. • Willing to learn and execute Cafe operations (Barista, Cashier, Server) • Possess good coffee knowledge, understand and be able to present the characteristics of different types of coffee, equipment, and brewing methods • Assist the team to make sure the daily operations are running smoothly and highly efficient • Maintain hygiene standards of the workplace 工作職責 • 為客戶提供和創造高品質且穩定的餐飲出品、體驗和服務，根據公司標準，也致力於有效推廣咖啡知識和我們品牌的產品。 • 樂於學習以及執行咖啡店的日常營運（包括咖啡師，收銀員，服務員） • 良好咖啡知識，了解並能講解不同咖啡豆/工具的沖煮特性 • 團隊合作以確保日常營運流暢及高效率運作 • 維持咖啡店範圍衞生整齊 Requirements • No experience required for Junior Barista and 1 year for Senior Barista • Passionate for learning and developing your career in coffee • Team-working on daily shop operations and familiar with workflow • Be able to handle a high-pressure working environment and keep providing high-quality food and beverage services to guests/customers. • Service-oriented, self-motivated 工作要求 • 初級咖啡師不需要咖啡店工作經驗，如申請資深咖啡師需至少1年經驗 • 熱衷於咖啡事業發展與學習 • 能與團隊合作參與日常運作和熟習工作流程 • 在繁忙工作環境下保持工作效率和為客人提供高品質餐飲服務 • 以服務為本和有上進心態
