What you’ll do:
- Teach up to 25 hours per week – we cap your teaching hours so you can focus on quality, creativity, and staying energised for every lesson.
- Guide students through reflective journalling to deepen their learning experience.
- Write student reports that provide meaningful insight into progress and goals.
- Meet regularly with your centre manager to discuss each student’s development.
- Update parents with timely feedback and progress updates.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices.
- Help plan and deliver special events to enrich student learning.
- Take part in ongoing professional development – because we grow together.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent English – spoken, written, and grammar.
- Bachelor’s degree (any field) + TEFL/TESOL
- Valid work visa or PR
- Confident and professional when speaking with parents.
- Presentable – you look and act like a teacher.
- Experience preferred, but not essential.
- Comfortable with children aged 3–12.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Organised and meets deadlines.
- Accountable and reliable.
- Loves working with kids – finds them fun, cute, and engaging.
