How you will make an impact: The job holder will be responsible for handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for Industrial & Carpark portfolio. Handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for Industrial & Carpark portfolio Handling daily leasing activities, including but not limited to coordination on renovation and fitting out works, new lettings, takeover / handover of premises, lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administrative work Carrying out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc. Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior What we are looking for: Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business or related disciplines Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in leasing or property management, preferably with industrial and carpark portfolios Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage Good communication skills with passion at work.
