SENIOR LEASING OFFICER / ASST LEASING MANAGER (office building) - property real estate landlord (Wan Chai / 5‑Day Week)

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive leasing professional to take ownership of leasing activities, optimise occupancy and rental performance, and contribute to the continued success of our portfolio.

Role Mission

• To drive leasing performance and maximise occupancy and rental yield for our portfolio including Grade A office building, industrial building, and office premises by implementing effective leasing strategies, building strong relationships with tenants and agents, and ensuring smooth, professional tenancy operations.

Role Summary

• You will report directly to the General Manager and take full ownership of end‑to‑end leasing operations for our office and industrial buildings.
• You will lead leasing initiatives, negotiate with agents and tenants, supervise a small leasing team, and oversee tenancy administration to maintain stable, high‑quality occupancy and strong rental performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the General Manager and lead the development and execution of the overall leasing strategy for the property portfolio, including Grade A office building, industrial building, and office premises.
• Take ownership of end‑to‑end leasing activities, including new lettings, tenancy renewals, re‑leases, and lease handovers.
• Formulate and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, rental performance, and long‑term asset value across the portfolio.
• Lead tenant engagement and negotiations with prospective and existing tenants, as well as property agents, to secure favourable lease terms and drive leasing success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through proactive communication and prompt resolution of enquiries, concerns, and service issues.
• Prepare detailed leasing reports, occupancy analyses, and rental forecasts to support management decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Supervise and guide a small team of 1–2 Leasing Officers, ensuring timely execution of leasing activities and delivery of high‑quality service standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder, preferably in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management, ideally on the landlord side.
• Experience in office building leasing is highly desirable; additional experience with industrial or multi‑premise leasing is also an advantage.
• Managerial experience is a plus, though not essential; a growth‑oriented mindset and willingness to lead are important.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage and retain tenants.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
