Your Next Challenge

Act as a project leader in design, construction supervision and project management
Attend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings
Be responsible for project budgeting, project finance management and project performance
Participate in fee proposals, technical bids and preparation of presentation slides
Develop client relationship and attend business related functions
Coach a team of technical staff

What You’ll Need

Degree holder in Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines
Chartered Engineer with Corporate membership of HKIE Civil/Structural as appropriate
Registered Professional Engineer (Civil or Structural) with minimum 2 years’ relevant post qualification experience
Experience in design, construction supervision and project management
Ability to work and collaborate different stakeholders and nationalities effectively in a fast paced environment where priorities change quickly
Familiar with the Buildings Department and authority submission procedures
Familiar with the building design including superstructures, substructures, ELS and Site Formation designs
Familiar with the Architectural Services Department design and procedures
Experience in massive temporary works design will be a preference
Be proactive, energetic, quality oriented and have a high sense of accountability
Knowledge of using MS Office
Familiar with the engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, OASYS FREW etc.)
Knowledge of AutoCad, Revit and BIM is a preference
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a preference
Able to second to the client office to carry out design works
