Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive art education curriculum that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.
Lead a team of art educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the delivery of high-quality art education programs.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and other relevant stakeholders to establish goals, strategies, and performance indicators for art education programs.
Offer expert guidance regarding the development and implementation of marketing strategies and the establishment of a favorable market position.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in art education, with a proven track record of the program development and management
Familiarity with various art forms and techniques
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem solve and adapt to changing circumstances
Proficient computer literacy in EXCEL, MS Office and good command of written English and Chinese;
