Responsibilities:

Perform daily cash management
Bookkeep for treasury related entries
Prepare payment instructions and submit for approval
Processing foreign currency payments
Preparation of management reports and month-end closing
Assist in performing rolling cash flow, P&L and working capital forecast process in both quarterly and monthly basis
Liaise with accounting and finance team and bankers
Assist in ad-hoc tasks and specific projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of accounting and finance-related work experience
Skills in cash reports, cash flow forecasting, use of cash management tools
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Detail oriented, able to deliver accurate and high-quality works independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
