Responsibilities:

To assist / lead the project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination to ensure smooth implementation for commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress
Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site
Handle necessary documentation with both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution

Requirements:

Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent
Over 5 years’ relevant experience in interior contracting field.
Knowledge of A&A works
Proficiency in the software of Primavera System Inc, Microsoft Project and AutoCad would be an advantage; with knowledge and experience of handling LEED/ BEAM Plus with relevant qualification is also a plus
Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
Strong problem-solving, project planning/ management skills
Self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded
Experience in PRC factories communication, progress/ quality management
Able to work independently, team player and interpersonal skills
