Responsibilities:

Design and develop customer journey for loyalty and retention
Work with cross-functional departments to implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement level and customer data quality
Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights from in-depth analysis
Identify market segment opportunities and formulate the upsell / retention strategy of each segment
Monitor subscriber base and revenue movement, analyze the usage behavioral change before and after program
Measure, report and analyze marketing program effectiveness, keep track of inbase performance with company KPIs
Support for ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, Business Studies or related disciplines
At least 2 years of working experience in telecom, banking or insurance products
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Strong numerical sense
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Skills of customer segmentation and data analysis would be an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
