Responsibility

Mainly focus on offline/ online marketing promotional materials design, product photo shooting and retouching, product design, video shooting, and product catalogue layout design;
Handle graphics and multimedia content creation for various touchpoints, including official website and social media platforms (eg Facebook, Instagram, HKTV mall..etc) and collateral design for retail shop marketing promotions;
Research for market trends and styles to create new designs and concepts for new products, premiums and marketing collateral;
Follow up artwork design, output file and production within a tight schedule;
Responsible for managing shop decorations according to different seasons and festivals; shop signages according to different situations;
Work closely with purchasing department for sampling of premiums or gift sets;
Coordinate with marketing, purchasing, shop operation & business support team;
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;

Requirement

Diploma/degree holder in visual communication design/ graphic design/ creative media/ digital deisgn or related design discipline;
Minimum 1 year working experience or above;
Proficient in Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
Knowledge of sketching is an advantage;
Excellent leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills;
Creative, multi-tasking, organised, collaborative and detail-oriented;
Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and able to meet tight deadlines;
Able to work under pressure with positive attitude;
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
