The role:

Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director, arranging events, preparing correspondence, organising calendars, liaising with internal and external parties, which plays a critical part in the team
Exposure to work with different teams in various corporate-wide projects
Handle business correspondence, presentation, reports, and other assigned duties
Contribute to a strong team environment and positive culture, ensure it is maintained between departments and encourage the communication between colleagues of all levels

Skills and attributes:

At least 3 years of experience supporting corporate level Executive
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Attentive to details, well organized, multi-tasking and a team player with good interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility, high adaptability and flexibility
Ability to prioritize and adjust with changes
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
