Responsibilities:

Work in client's datacenter and server room per timely request.
Provide technical support for PC, Mac, mobile device, Wi-Fi and network setup, e-mail and application software etc.
Provide MDM, Windows Server, Exchange Server and Linux CentOS server administration.
Maintain IT software hardware inventory and records.
Experience and knowledge on Lotus Domino / Microsoft Exchange are preferable.
3 years working experience in telecommunication industry is in advantage.
Willingness to work in customer’s datacentre and server room.

Requirements:

Able to work in client's datacenter and server room, fulfilling their requirement/SLA per timely request.
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
3-5 years' experience in providing user support on MS Windows, Office and other common office applications
Practical experience to set up and configure PC, Mac, mobile device and servers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, good team player and able to work independently
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
