• 負責管理及帶領侍應團隊為客人提供良好的餐飲及宴會體驗;
• 監督西餐廳的日常運作
• 指導及提供培訓予侍應團隊
• 協助處理客人投訴
• 招待客人, 處理電話預約
• 接聽電話及一般文書工作
