Responsibility:

Assist to develop, solicit and maintain business for Corporate and Long-Stay as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
Assist to develop and execute a sales action plan to increase sales activity and profitability.
Organize and direct overall sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
Assist to implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and exposure
Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
Perform any ad hoc sales-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales within hotel industry
Good business acumen and familiar with corporate; ideally with experience in handling long-stay segment
Presentable, good negotiation and with excellent communication skills
Passionate, proven problem-solving ability and a good team player with positive attitude would be advantageous
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
