RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take the lead on projects in developing the sustainable development framework and strategy for clients. Participate in the execution of high-end ESG Consulting services.
Manage client's sustainability data, including establishment of a data collection system and conduct analysis on the sustainability performance data, in energy and other key consumption data.
Conduct big data analysis to review the performance and identify decarbonization opportunities to support the Carbon Neutrality Roadmap and improve sustainability performance.
Assess the client’s carbon footprint and emissions reduction according to the international and/or local Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting and reporting standards.
Prepare performance reports against the client’s carbon neutrality targets with recommendations on improvements.
Conduct an internal audit and/or external verification for collected data.
Engage and liaise with relevant stakeholders in formulating and implementing decarbonization strategies and solutions for the client.
Provide relative support to sustainability solutions, reports, audits, and compliance for the clients.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his delegates.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree holder in Environmental Science (specializing in sustainability, environmental engineering, environment, climate science, or corporate environmental governance) or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience and a strong passion for developing a career in ESG and Sustainability reporting and consultancy.
Proven expertise in environmental assessment, climate change, carbon accounting, waste and energy measurement and management, preferably with experience in HKEx/GRI/TCFD reporting or ESG compliance work for major listed companies.
Demonstrated knowledge of carbon accounting/verification and energy efficiency assessments, as well as familiarity with prevailing international ESG standards.
Proficient in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, including fluency in both English and Cantonese and the ability to write reports in both English and Chinese.
Excellent computing skills, including proficiency in data and financial analysis tools, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, self-motivated and capable of multitasking, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Selected candidates will be offered a position commensurate with their qualifications and experience. Candidates who have less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant.
