We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Company Secretarial to join our client, a prestigious listed company. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to kickstart their career in the field of corporate governance within a state-owned enterprise. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in company secretarial work.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and documentation of board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records, including the company's statutory books, registers, and filings, and ensure they are up to date.
Support the Company Secretary in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, such as resolutions, minutes, and corporate policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of information and documents to the board of directors and relevant committees.
Conduct research and analysis on corporate governance practices, regulatory updates, and emerging trends.
Assist in the coordination and preparation of annual reports, interim reports, and other corporate disclosures.
Work on ad-hoc projects related to corporate governance and compliance, as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications in company secretarial studies will be an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year internship or working experience in Company Secretarial; proven experience in a similar role within a listed company or professional services firm is a plus.
Basic knowledge of company secretarial practices, corporate governance principles, and relevant laws and regulations.
Passionate about exploring the field of Company Secretarial in a structured organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and company secretarial software.
