Responsibilities:

Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
Design, develop, and implement solutions across telco service platforms and related AI Agent
Lead DevOps activities for new products, developing AI agent to improve efficiency for product platform testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, deployment, and production rollout
Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection standards are met
Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices
Support Patent, software copy, innovative project initiatives and application

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of backend programming, cloud-native application development or AI application development experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
Professional certifications related to Cloud, AI techniques are highly valued
Additional certifications in telecommunication technologies (5G Core, VoNR, PCF, Charging Systems) are a strong advantage
Actual implementation experience in some of the following: Golang, Python, C++, C#, Java, Kotlin, and Bash scripting, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
Hands-on experience in AI Agent development, familiar with AI related tools/platforms/techniques, e.g. n8n, Dify, Langchain, Claude Code, MCP, Skills, etc.
Development experience in Kubernetes and related cloud-native environment, e.g. Git/CI/CD, container orchestration, microservices architecture, scalable infrastructure design etc.
Exposure to telecommunication protocols is an advantage
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
