Location: Fanling

Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with applicable health & safety regulations, permits, contractual requirements and company policy
Coordinate with different parties (both internal and external) on the health and safety compliance conduction, inspection investigation, job hazard analysis and audit programs
Validate all health and safety data, including quality of the data and prepare all required reports
Coordinate and implement the health and safety compliance and awareness promotional activities and training programmes for all staff, visitors and contractors

Qualifications

Diploma or above/ Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health
Construction Safety (Green Card) Training
Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC
Lifting Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC
A12 Silver Card issued by CIC
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in the factory or construction field with experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 audit is preferred
Registered as Safety Officer with the Labour Department
Holder of First Aid certificate is required
Driving license is preferred (Class 1 and 2)
Proficient in MS office / Google applications
Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and presentation skills
Candidates with less experience/ without Safety Officer registration in the Labor Department will be considered as Safety Supervisor
