We are now hiring energetic and bilingual summer interns for various departments. If you want to pursue a career in the education sector and learn about the daily operations in a bilingual independent school with employees from different cultural backgrounds, this is a golden opportunity for you! This summer job is designed to give you a feel of what a fun life it can be by working at The ISF Academy!

Job Responsibilities:

Each summer intern will be expected to work during June-August 2024, the exact period will be negotiable depending on the needs of both parties. Interns will be expected to work 5 days a week, from 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Support daily operations in the assigned department and maintain a high level of service;
Participate in school projects and events;
Handle school data and maintain a good record with check and balance;
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth procedure; and
Assist in ad hoc assignments.

- Bachelor Degree holder or above: $83/hour
- Studying Bachelor Degree: $78/hour
- Studying Higher/Professional Diploma or Higher/Professional Diploma holder: $70

Assigned Department:

Depends on candidates’ interests, specialties, skills, and individual department’s requirements.

Requirements:

Full-time students studying in an accredited degree program;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and open-minded; and
Proficiency in computer software applications: Microsoft Office, Google docs, Chinese word processing.

Free Shuttle Bus will be provided arrival to and departure from The ISF Academy:
Route 1: North Point > Causeway Bay > Aberdeen > The ISF Academy
Route 2: Admiralty Centre > IFC Taxi Stand > Kennedy Town > The ISF Academy
