Our client, is currently seeking for the right candidates to join :-

Requirements:

Degree holder (majoring in Film/ Television Studies, Media/ Communication Studies, Fine Arts, Media Arts or equivalent subjects will be an advantage)
At least 3 years full time work experience in film companies, archives, film festivals, museums or cultural sectors (i.e. includes textual, music, television and publishing as well as crafts and design)
Working experience in cultural institute, Museum or Archive or Film Festival is a MUST
Knowledge and experience in handling film and paper-based materials and magnetic formats
Experience in using Premiere or other equivalent professional software for film/trailer editing is a MUST
Experience in organising post-talk and seminar event is a MUST
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere and Chinese word-processing is a MUST
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English and fluent in Cantonese

Responsibilities:

Provide programme coordination support for the regular screenings and supervise the programme supporting staff for packing/unpacking and loaning/returning of screening and publicity materials, liaise with film companies, designers, video artists and other parties/organisations for the programmes
Liaise with the copyright owner for copyright issue and communicate with the Conservation Unit for film checking and select suitable carrier for the screening programme and film souring
Act as a coordinator with designers, printers, writers and translators for the print collateral and internet display
Check and proof-read all the publicity materials and supervision to the work of the Technical Assistant
Assist in film scheduling and manage marketing and communications with IPRS, contractors and social media
Act as moderator of the post-talks and seminars
