Major Responsibilities:

Process all kind of reservations requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax and mail accurately and in a timely manner
Response proactively to guests’ queries and comments effectively, ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and unique
Communicate within the team as well as with other departments to share any special guest information, preference and internal information
Handle reasonable ad-hoc job tasks requested by supervisors and managers

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
1 year hotel experience in Reservations, Front Office or Sales & Marketing is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, basic knowledge in Opera PMS system will be an advantage
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese with good interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with excellent upselling skills
Able to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment
