Role Summary

Project Manager to run and drive the eFOS SBT / Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict remediation programme within GPB. Accountable for quarterly and trigger-based reviews, conflict triage and closure, exception governance, and clear MI/escalation to ensure sustained control compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run quarterly and trigger-based SBT/SoD conflict reviews for all active eFOS profiles.
Triage conflicts, prioritise remediation, and coordinate resolution with line managers and GiAM; track actions to closure.
Manage exception handling end-to-end:
- document business justification and any compensating controls
- obtain required approvals
- maintain an exception register
- coordinate annual re-attestation of all exceptions
Produce MI and reporting, including conflict volumes, ageing, repeat offenders, exception trends, and overdue/breach indicators.
Escalate breaches and persistent non-compliance through agreed governance; drive decisions and accountability.
Maintain programme governance: RAID, action logs, decision logs, evidence packs, and audit-ready documentation.
Identify process improvements to reduce recurring conflicts and simplify remediation workflows.

these are skillsets required:

Strong project management delivery experience in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
Hands-on experience running remediation activities for SoD/access conflicts (or comparable control remediation) with rigorous tracking and evidence.
Solid understanding of IAM/access governance concepts and stakeholder dependencies (e.g., manager attestations, recertification, exception approvals).
Strong MI capability: defining metrics, producing dashboards, interpreting trends, and driving action.
Confident stakeholder management across business and control/technology teams; able to escalate clearly and appropriately.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with eFOS and/or SoD tooling (IAM/GRC platforms).
Prior collaboration with GiAM or equivalent central IAM team.
Exposure to technology/operational risk governance and audit interactions.

This PM role will manage the AP deliverables for the Data and Technology Enhancement changes and provide assistance to the AP workstream lead in successfully delivering the programme from definition to closure. This will work closely with the global and regional stakeholders, provide sufficient transparency of the progress and issues and drive to resolve project blockers
