At the moment, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive / Assistant to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East .

Job Responsibilities

Support the Hotel & F&B Marketing & Communications teams in managing the marketing communications responsibilities, including Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion and Events, and Social Media planning & content creation, in accordance with Hotel Brand Standards.
Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations) on marketing promotions.
Assist in handling requests from press and celebrities/KOLs for hotel experiences.
Update and maintain media database, draft and proofread press releases, and stay informed about industry trends and news.
Support the planning and execution of online campaigns, eShop, eDM, and joint promotions with third parties.
Assist in managing hotel digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and online reviews.
Contribute to copywriting for collaterals, websites, promotional materials.
Help to manage the Hotel Brand system to ensure content quality and adherence to Brand standards.
Maintain all communication platforms, including proofreading and translations.
Provide daily administrative support and compile monthly reports.

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of PR/Marketing/Communications experience in the hotel (agencies) industry. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing & Communications Assistant.
Organized, creative, proactive, self-motivated, outgoing personality, and detail-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent spoken, written, and reading abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
Knowledge of Illustrator, photography, video editing, Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat will be an advantage.
