The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as ‘HKSR’) is a pioneer in rehabilitation dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities, chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society. Key Responsibilities:

Handle account receivable, payable, month-end closing journal vouchers
Prepare bank reconciliation, maintain balance sheet schedules and fixed assets register
Assist in month-end, year-end financial reporting and budgeting
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma holder in Accountancy
At least 2 years relevant working experience, government funding experience is definitely an advantage
Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skill and with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of using “FlexSystem” or other similar accounting systems
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk
