The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and establishment needs;
Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents;
Be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment;
Patrol all areas including employee changing rooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking and remote areas;
Assist and maintain crowd control as required;
Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed;
Assist Check In and Out of casual labour.

Job Requirements

Form 5 or above;
1 year relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry;
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit;
Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin, basic conversational English would be an advantage;
Hands-on experience of computer applications;
Good communication skills;
More experience will be considered as Senior Security Officer
9 working hours per day and Overnight shift is required;
8-day off per month .
