What will you do?

Assist in providing quality property management services in a landmark residential property
Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services
Manage good relationship with residents, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Do you have a right profile?

Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experiences
Presentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is definitely an asset
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
