Job Description

What Will You Do?

Formulate and implement digital initiatives through new media and digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, e-newsletter and content marketing to achieve business goals based on projects’ objectives
Conduct data analytics for marketing campaigns to provide performance reports and insights for campaign optimization
Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, and develop roadmap for hotels digital properties
Expert with Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager and Programmatic platforms
Target-oriented, proactive, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of web analytic metrics
Manage the operation of content management system for all digital platform
Drive digital campaign launches in collaboration with internal departments and agencies
Work closely with technical and content teams to deliver digital projects with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills

Degree holder – preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Hotel Management disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, either in-house or agency, candidate with rebranding experience is a plus
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle
Presentable and creative self-starter with good business acumen
Strong organizational, project management and planning skills. Able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality
Experience in managing websites, apps and analytics tools will be an advantage
Be a good team player and able to work with the result-oriented team
Good at marketing analytics with strong skill in digital/ social analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Google Ads and Social media Ads)
Very strong interpersonal and communications skills, good multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure and to short deadlines
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
