Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting operations, such as accounts payable, GL, cheque issue, expenses claims, inter-company reconciliation etc.
Assist in cash flow forecast, accounting schedules and financial statements
Liaise with group companies for intercompany settlement
Assist in month end and year end closing
Perform clerical duties
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting or other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing.
Self-motivated and willing to learn couple with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred
