Job Purpose

Support the Debit Card Implementation and Settlement Operation Process

Job Responsibilities

Setup Debit / Credit Card Operation Process, including Procedure preparation, User Acceptance Test, Implementation, …etc.
Knowledge of Debit / Credit Card Regulation Requirements
Experience on Debit / Credit Card Settlement & Dispute process with Associations
Perform the daily settlement of securities with Funds House and other securities product such as FX/MM/Bonds.
Monitor and handle settlement related functions
Handle the corporate action/coupon payment on securities products
Process outgoing and incoming fund transfer for both FPS, RTGS, SWIFT
Handle internal and external customer enquiries and requests
Supervise the daily activities and compliance with the procedure guideline
Review and update the operational guidelines and manuals in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
Participate in projects on new process/service development, automation of new process and system enhancement / UAT to improve operational efficiency
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Attentive to details and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
