As Recruitment Associate You Will:

Partner with the Team Lead to identify and engage top talent in the Hong Kong market.
Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, from job brief to delivering shortlisted candidates.
Proactively build and maintain pipelines of candidate prospects for specialised skill sets. Create and ensure the accuracy of candidate records in the database.
Track candidate progress and analyse conversion rates to optimise sourcing efforts.
Efficiently manage high-volume candidate screening processes.

Profile

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline.
Entry-level candidates welcome, experience in HR or Customer Service is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
