Assistant Personnel Officer, Benefits & Staff Relations

Responsibilities:

Provide day‑to‑day support in staff benefits and staff welfare, including insurance claims handling and insurance administration.
Actively assist in identifying and coordinating staff benefits programs such as staff discount offers, wellness package, and lifestyle perks, working hands‑on with vendors and service providers.
Assist in organizing and coordinating staff activities including social events, volunteer programs, festival fairs, employee health week, company gatherings, and sports activities.
Respond to staff inquiries related to benefits and activities in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare communication materials, including promotional content and video, to support staff activities and events.
Willing to take on extra assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsibility.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, staff engagement, event coordination, or related functions preferred.
Positive, responsible, and proactive mindset with strong commitment to duties.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication abilities with a service‑oriented mindset.
Well‑organized with sound planning and coordination skills.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to support activities outside normal office hours, including holidays, when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of video shooting and editing is preferred.
Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of Personnel Officer.
