- 岗位职责： 1、负责支持获客增长相关视觉设计工作，包括但不限于活动海报 、Banner、信息流广告、落地页视觉等。 2、结合获客需求，输出贴合目标人群审美、符合获客转化逻辑的视觉素材，助力提升广告点击率及转化效率。 3、准确把握设计需求要点，独立跟进项目全流程，负责设计方案的沟通、修改、定稿及交付，协调相关资源，推动项目顺利落地。 4、跟踪广告设计效果，配合业务端优化设计方案，结合获客数据调整视觉风格，提升设计对获客增长的支撑作用。 5、配合团队完成其他相关视觉设计及需求对接工作，保障前端获客相关设计工作有序推进。 ...
