Responsibilities

Handling daily coordination and inquiries from clients
Following up on financial and commercial projects
Ensuring quality assurance in project delivery by communicating and cooperating closely with clients and internal departments
Overseeing project schedules and scope of work to meet client's requests
Performing ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department Head and Management

Requirements

Diploma or above in any discipline, or related working experience in account servicing / customer servicing would be a definite advantage
Good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin
Proficiency in PC operation and MS Office
Proactive, well organized and with good communication skills
Team player with a positive mindset and detail-oriented
Rotational shift duty
Partial work from home arrangement
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Account Servicing Executive
Immediately available is preferred
Fresh graduates welcome.
