In the heart of the role:

Lead the dispensary team to deliver quality and efficient pharmaceutical services to patients
Support centre-in-charge to effectively manage and ensure performance standard of dispensary staff for the delivery of smooth operation in accordance with the company's SOPs
Work with centre in-charge, cluster mangers and Central Pharmacy for continual service improvements
Handle doctors' and patients' medication enquiries
Resolve drug-related problems from daily prescriptions
Ad-hoc duties assigned by centre-in-charge

Desired Qualification & Experience:

Degree holder in Pharmacy with Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong
Self motivated; committed to continuing professional development and learning
Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
Good organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
